Rodopman Insaat Ispartakule

This project was cancelled and was not built.

Rodopman Insaat Ispartakule was announced in 2017 as a residential project in the Ispartakule region of the Avcilar district. It was planned with 428 residential units and 25 commercial units on a total land area of 19.538 sqm, in 4 blocks with 7, 9, 12 and 27 floors, and with a 15.220 sqm area of landscape architecture. The project did not go ahead in this form. In 2021 the plot passed to another developer under a land-share agreement, and a different project, ModernYaka, was built on it.

The plans included a fitness center, a sauna and other spa facilities, a children’s park and playground areas, underground and outdoor parking lots, a walking track, gazebos, security with CCTV control and controlled entrance into the residential complex. The commercial units were to act as a shopping center.

The site is in Ispartakule, Avcilar, which is known for its closeness to venues such as Aqua Dolphin and Istanbul Saglik Bilimleri University Hospital. The E-80 highway passes right in front of the site.
