Savoy Ulus

The Savoy Ulus project is produced by the Carmikli – Saruhan collaboration in Besiktas, in the Ulus district. The location the project is built in is advantageous in the sense of its proximity to nearby “elite” neighborhoods like Etiler and Bebek. The project consists of 26 blocks with 6,5 floors, which makes 301 residential units in total.

Garden floors, studio units, regular units and penthouse duplexes are some of the available types of units the Savoy Ulus project has to offer. The square meter size of the apartments ranges between 110 – 350 and the project offers types of houses with up to 5 bedrooms.
