Ulus Belvedere Residence was announced in 2016 by Metal Yapi Konut for Ulus, one of the highly elegant districts on the European side of Istanbul. It was planned as 2 blocks of 35 floors with different unit types and a view of the Bosphorus, and its estimated delivery date was December 2020. Pre-demand was collected in 2017, but no sales launch or construction is known to have followed.

Ulus is one of the most elegant, green and socially rich neighborhoods in Istanbul, and it can be easily reached from both the European and Asian sides of the city via both highways and public transportation options. The site is only 5 minutes from Zorlu Center and 15 minutes from Taksim Square.
