Sehir Konaklari

Sehir Konaklari is a residential project situated at the heart of the Umraniye district. With its incredible use of landscape architecture and incorporation of green living spaces within the residential and living areas, the project emerges as an ultimate place of residence. The project is located in the Umraniye Esensehir neighborhood and encompasses about 13.000 sqm of land area. There are 210 residential units available in the structure as well as 10 commercial units. There are 6 residential blocks, which vary according to whether they include a terrace or a garden or are situated in the tower residence. The project was scheduled for delivery in April 2019.
