Selective Blue

A project by the cooperation of Alper Insaat and Itibar Insaat, Selective Blue is located in Kartal’s Kordonboyu neighborhood. The district of Kartal is located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and it is very near the seaside, overlooking the Marmara Sea and the islands. The Selective Blue project is situated in this prestigious area, away from the crowds and urban noise of the city, yet very central to the advantages of urban living. The residence’s units also overlook the exceptional view of the sea and islands.

There are 206 residential units available in the project, and it is built upon a 7790 sqm land area. There are four different residential options presented to the customers in this project, which are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. Apart from the number of bedrooms, the sqm area per unit also changes from unit to unit. The project was completed in April 2018 and the delivery of the units began a short while ago.
