As the 18th project of Sinpas GYO on the Asian side of Istanbul, Sinpas Gokorman rises in Cekmekoy and over the Sile with its glory. The project is built on an 11.200 sqm area and consists of 420 units in 2 blocks. The units are designed as 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. The sqm areas of the units are as follows: 48 and 57 sqm for 1+0 units, 75 – 88 sqm for 1+1, 104 and 140 sqm for 2+1, 135 and 190 sqm for 3+1 and 181 and 204 sqm for 4+1. While 70% of the flats, which are designed in a wide range of different types, are suitable for families with their areas bigger than 100 sqm, the 1+0 and 1+1 flats in particular are perfectly suitable for residents who live alone, thanks to their close proximity to workplaces and the metro line.

One of the most remarkable features of Sinpas Gokorman is the balconies rising with trees located in each flat. The designs of the units take their inspiration from Cekmekoy Forest, which is located in front of the project. Thanks to its balconies and floors covered with trees, Sinpas Gokorman offers the opportunity of touching trees even from a height of 100 m by bringing the sky and the green together.
