Sisli Mika 28

The Sisli Mika 28 project is constructed by Mika Insaat A.S in Sisli. The project consists of one single block with 4 floors. There are 12 apartments offering different options, flat and duplex. It is constructed on a land area of 203 sqm. The project has 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 housing options ranging from 42 to 163 sqm. A new interpretation has been sought for the typology of long apartment buildings with narrow facades. There are studio, garden duplex, roof duplex, 1 + 1, 2 + 1 types, which are limited to two pillars neighbor. It is an effective input to the daylight's need and the planning of the ceiling. It is a structure that constitutes an example of the parcels of Sisli's rows of apartments. There is an alarm system and an earthquake sensor for every apartment.
