Soyak Konforia

The Soyak Konforia project, which rises behind Hadimkoy, consists of 40 blocks with 15 floors and 5.000 apartments. This living area was built stage by stage, and the first stage of the project consists of 271 apartments. Soyak Konforia is built on a 100.000 sqm area. It was introduced at the Dubai Cityscape Global Fair and attracted the attention of investors from the beginning. Soyak Konforia received 120 preliminary requests worth 12 million from 400 investors who came from 100 countries. It carries the signature of Tago design. Additionally, it is made according to the building criteria for the LEED certificate.

Soyak Holding’s CEO Dr. M. Emre Camlibel claims that Soyak Konforia is the greenest living area in Istanbul. This living area is located in the new city center of Istanbul, near the 3. Bridge and the Istanbul Airport area. The project, which attracted the attention of domestic and foreign investors, offers a good life experience for apartment owners. Soyak Yapi’s aim is to build a living area with 5.000 apartments with an energy-saving option, a shopping center, and sports fields. The place where Soyak Konforia is located is a developing region. Therefore, Soyak Konforia is the cherry of that region’s cheek.
