Sur Yapi Corridor

Sur Yapi Corridor is located in the Gunesli region of the European side of Istanbul. The project is built by Sur Yapi and contains 505 residential units. The total land area of the project is 18.200 sqm. The project was constructed in 2014 and the delivery of the units started in December 2014. Sur Yapi Corridor’s most significant aspect is the availability of many different residential types in the form of apartment units, varying according to their unit sizes in sqm and their number of bedrooms. There are 5 different options offered for prospective clients.

The social opportunities and services presented in the project include an outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing quarters, an indoor swimming pool, children’s swimming pools and a children’s playground, parks and gardens intertwined with the green living space, a fitness center, a café and restaurants shared as common social amenities, a walking track, a shopping center, a vitamin bar, courts and recreational ponds, as well as gazebos.

Within the units, built-in white goods and a master bathroom are available. Also, balcony and shower cabin systems are included in the units. The location of the project is very central to the Kucukcekmece – Bahcelievler region, including various highways passing through the region.
