Sur Yapi Tilia

Sur Yapi Tilia is a residential project designed by the Sur Yapi company, and it rises in Cekmekoy – Tasdelen. The project consists of 4 blocks constructed on a 12.000 sqm land area in total. The available number of residential units in the project is 278. The residential project is situated only 1 kilometer away from the Sile Highway, which means a great relief for the drivers’ daily transportation routines.

Cekmekoy, becoming a central location for luxurious residence projects, is an advantageous location for many reasons. Besides its quality of capturing high levels of investment lately, the region is highly engaged with both the urban side and the natural side of Anatolian Istanbul. Since it is 10-15 minutes away from centers like Kadikoy and Umraniye, an escape from urban anxiety is available for the residents of Cekmekoy.

The social opportunities and services offered in Sur Yapi Tilia are vast. These facilities include children’s parks, a barbecue space, a fitness center, a swimming pool, spa units like a sauna, a walking track and courts for tennis and basketball. Other services are home security, a 24/7 safety watch, indoor and outdoor car parks and water storage, as well as a power generator. Hence, Sur Yapi’s Sur Yapi Tilia project seems to offer an advanced, elite residential living standard to its residents.
