Tam Pendik

The Tam Pendik project of Setup Insaat rises in the Pendik region of Istanbul. The residential project consists of 129 units, which are of the apartment type. There are two residence options, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom. The entire complex is built on 3.640 sqm in total. The units were scheduled for delivery in December 2018.
