The Holl

The Holl is a commercial project located in the Pendik district of the Anatolian side. The project consists of residential home offices and regular offices. There are 90 units within the complex. The project encompasses a living area of 3.100 sqm and there are two types of units, which are studios and 1+1 types.

Built through the cooperation of Metal Yapi Konut and Bekart Insaat, The Holl also houses various social amenities and other opportunities. These can be listed as a fitness center, a security guard, a restaurant, underground and outdoor car parks and CCTV monitoring. Also, the island and Marmara Sea view of the residence adds value to the project. Within the units, the presence of central heating, a heat cost allocator system and smart building features increases the living/working standards of the residents.
