Being located in Beyoglu, which is one of the oldest towns in Istanbul, Taxim Haciusrev is planned by Oktayoz Insaat on a 200.000 sqm land area in 4 stages. The entire project is designed as an urban transformation project with 3.000 residential units and commercial units. The project is still in the planning stage, and no delivery date has been announced.

Being the biggest urban transformation project in that location, Taxim Haciusrev is planned to offer several social facilities. Those facilities include outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children, a walking track, a parking garage, an ornamental pool and playgrounds for the children. The buildings are planned with 24/7 security cameras and in line with the earthquake and insulation regulations.

Being located in the center of Beyoglu, the Taxim Haciusrev site is close to several central places and transportation lines. Being 8 min from Taksim Square, the site has several options for spending the weekend nearby. With Pera Museum 9 min away, Madame Tussauds Istanbul 8 min away, and Istanbul Modern Art Museum and Salt Galata 10 min away, the neighborhood is rich in art. The site is also 4 min away from Acibadem Taksim Hospital and 9 min away from Okmeydani Research and Training Hospital.
