Teknik Residence

Teknik Insaat’s new project, Teknik Residence, is located in the Kartal district of Istanbul. The combined project offers both residential and commercial units to future clients. There are commercial areas designed as stores and residences of the 3+1 apartment type. The delivery of the units began in August 2017. There is a total of 78 residential units available in the complex. The entire complex is built on a 31.605 sqm land area.

The complex also contains various kinds of residential services and facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, sunbathing quarters with lounge chairs, a central satellite connection, a cafeteria, a security point and an underground car park. The residential units in the complex are also fitted with built-in white goods, a split air conditioner, balcony options and central heating.

The complex looks over the Marmara Sea and the view of Istanbul’s islands. This view is available to almost all of the units present in the complex. The location is very close to the seaside of Kartal; hence, the view of the units cannot be blocked.
