TEM Avrasya Konutlari

The TEM Avrasya Konutlari project rises behind the TEM road, which connects the continents of Asia and Europe, and the project’s name comes from this famous road. It consists of 6 blocks with 612 apartments and 3 stores. The blocks were designed with 18 floors and built on an 18.621 sqm area. This magnificent living area, which is located in Gaziosmanpasa, offers you 3 and 4 bedroom apartments which overlook green areas.

Everything is beautiful and fun because everything is fully thought out in the TEM Avrasya project. The view blocks, where you have all the comfort, and the garden blocks, where life goes on peacefully, have a parking garage. The project, which is thought out to the finest detail, has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a hiking trail, playgrounds for kids and cafés. Since everything is considered in such detail, it is inevitable to enjoy every moment in your apartment. The TEM Avrasya Konutlari project is located only 5 minutes away from Maslak and 2 minutes away from Taksim Hospital. This living area is at the heart of Istanbul and is waiting for people who recognize the importance of the family concept.
