Tepe Park Villalari

Tepe Park Villalari, which was built on a total of 47.771 sqm of land in Tuzla district, which is very near to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, is a beautiful option for both individuals preferring a calm life and families with children who prioritize safety and social activities. In terms of investment opportunity, the overpopulation issue of Istanbul led the government to make allowances for planning construction in the Pendik and Tuzla districts, which creates an opportunity to buy cheap now and sell for more in the future. There are 42 villas, supported by 3 swimming pools and 3 kiddy pools that have a total area of 800 sqm.

There are sports facilities like a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court and a 2-km-long walking track. There is also the Park Club facility, about 500 sqm in size, which consists of a sauna, a shock pool, a massage room, a cafeteria, board games, billiards, and a game room.

Each villa has its own yard to use as a garden to farm or a facility to enjoy. As for security, it is guarded 24/7 by security guards to provide a safe environment for both families and their guests. Each corner of the compound is monitored by security cameras that are active 24/7. Although dwellers can find everything they need in the compound, it is also possible to find supermarkets, sports centers, a hospital, parks, and other kinds of facilities very near the compound.
