Transform Fikirtepe

Transform Fikirtepe is being built by a consortium of Obakoy Gayrimenkul and Haldiz Insaat in Fikirtepe/Kadikoy. Thanks to urban transformation projects, Fikirtepe is planned to be a small town populated by about 160.000 residents.

The project is at the intersection point of the two main arteries of Istanbul. Thanks to its location, the project has advantageous transportation options. It has easy and quick access to bridges and main arteries. Moreover, the project is surrounded by the Metrobus, the Kadikoy – Kartal Metro Line and Marmaray, and it is really close to the Avrasia Tunnel.

There are four building blocks that are home to 1.080 residential units, 240 home offices and 12 commercial units. The project emphasizes people-oriented and sustainable solutions, and that’s why it promotes green life by creating 10.000 m2 of green areas. It is expected that Transform Fikirtepe will be honored with the Leed Certificate when it is completed.

Transform Fikirtepe, as its name implies, transforms expectations into reality with various social facilities and recreation opportunities. There are 2 outdoor and 2 indoor swimming pools, a fitness center combined with open areas, a café and restaurant, enclosed playgrounds, a viewing terrace, etc.
