Uptwins Deluxe Residence

The Uptwins Deluxe Residence project is constructed on an 80.000 sqm land area as a great complex in Kartal/Soganlik. The project was carried out by Teknik Yapi. Uptwins Deluxe Residence consists of 20 floors with 2 residences and includes 80% green area. There are mainly studio-type apartments in the project, but it also has 1 + 1 and 2 + 1 apartment types. All apartments are designed with a technical infrastructure so that, if necessary, they can be used as a business office or as a home office.

The project is pretty good in terms of social facilities and residence services. Each block has a meeting room in it. Each block has stores that support a luxury residence life, such as dry cleaning, a hairdresser, a snack bar, valet parking and a boutique restaurant; they serve the residence owners. In addition, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a Turkish bath, children's playgrounds and a half basketball court are ready at all times for its residents.
