Vadipark Seyrantepe

The Vadipark Seyrantepe project, a cooperation of Artas Insaat and Aydinli Grup, rises in Seyrantepe and incorporates 400 residential and commercial units. The project has been built upon a 45.000 sqm land area in total, 32.000 sqm of this area being reserved for commercial purposes. The project rises under the brand of Vadipark, being the third phase of the Vadipark commercial and residential center.

The estimated area per unit for the residential units is set at 50 to 200 sqm. The units were scheduled for delivery to residents from December 2018. The project, which creates space for residences, office units and stores, also presents its future clients with incredible social opportunities and residential services. So much so that the project includes features varying from a shopping center to a fitness center, from a controlled entrance to an underground parking lot and a view of the forest in Seyrantepe. Within the units, central heating and heat cost allocator systems are installed. The complex is equipped with a power generator, a storage tank, a water boosting system and an elevator.

The Seyrantepe metro station extension of the M2 line connects the project site with the rest of Istanbul. The E-80 highway also eliminated the burden of traffic jams on the inner city roads.
