Vadistanbul Park

Located in the Sariyer district of Istanbul, Vadistanbul Park, a cooperation of Artas Insaat and Invest Insaat, rises in the Ayazaga neighborhood. There are 762 residential units available in this massive structure, which has been built upon a land area of 74.000 sqm in total. The whole project contains both residential and commercial unit types, which are mostly home-offices. The residences come in 4 types according to their bedroom needs. The estimated area per unit is set to be between 81 and 265 sqm. The units in Vadistanbul Park have been delivered to their new residents since December 2018.

Within the project there is a commercial center, also used as a shopping center, which encompasses about 22.500 sqm. The underground parking lot has the capacity to hold up to 3.700 vehicles at once.
