The residential project Venedik Saraylari is located in the Gaziosmanpasa district on the European side of Istanbul. The project consists of 1.000 residential units and it covers an 82.000 sqm land area. The owning company of the Venedik Saraylari project is Via Properties & Gursoy Ortak Girisimi. The residential units come in three types in the project: 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 units. The area per unit varies between 57 and 383 sqm.

As it is located in Kucukkoy, the project is central to the Gaziosmanpasa area, especially to the region full of shopping centers and entertainment venues. The project is right next to Venezia Port AVM and only 10 minutes’ distance from Mall of Istanbul AVM.
