Vita Park is built by Zeylan Insaat & Inca Insaat in Bakirkoy. It has 4 blocks with 40 units. Each of the blocks has 10 units and the land area is 3.000 sqm. The project also has 8 shops in addition to the apartments. Due to its advantageous location, it is possible to reach various places in Istanbul such as financial centers, shopping malls, hospitals, the airport, metro and metrobus stations, entertainment venues and main highways within minutes. In the project, all four sides of the apartments are on the street and the rooms receive sunlight directly.
