Ottomare Suites is located in Bakirkoy, just by the sea, on a land area of 13.550 sqm, with 355 suite apartments constructed by Sinpas and Barwa in cooperation. On its first floor there will be a 5-star boutique hotel. The residences vary as (1+1), (1.5+1), (2+1), (2+2), (2.5+1), (3+1), (4+1), (4.5+1), (5+1), (5.5+1) bedroom apartments between 69 sqm and 336 sqm. It is secured with 24-hour security, a secured entrance and security cameras, and it has a video intercom system. There are both an open-air parking lot and a parking garage. An elevator is provided in Ottomare Suites.
