Work Up/5.50

The commercial project called Work Up/5.50 is located in the Umraniye district on Istanbul’s Anatolian side. Work Up uses a 1.000 sqm land area to build 2 blocks of commercial space. The project includes 40 thousand sqm of office area for rent or sale. The estimated area per unit of the offices varies between 220 and 227 sqm.

The project is owned by Tatar Yapi and rises as a neighbor of Istanbul Finans Merkezi. The launch of both the Loft Up and Work Up projects was held in Ciragan Sarayi, and the architects of the projects have said that various urban solutions were considered in the design process.

The project includes central heating, heat cost allocators, residential services, an underground parking lot, an elevator and security personnel. The security checkpoint is responsible for the entrances to the commercial center. They have CCTV monitoring and controlled entrance for both pedestrians and vehicles.
