Yali Atakoy

Yali Atakoy, which is located on the coastline of Atakoy, is built by TOKI in cooperation with Ozyazici Insaat and Karadeniz Orme as 5 blocks with 16 floors, consisting of 512 units of the 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 5+1 types. While the 2+1, 3+1 and 5+1 units are located in 4 blocks which are positioned on the beachfront, the 1+1 and 2+1 units are located in the home-office block. Apart from the residential units, there are also 78 commercial units within the entirety of the project.

From each unit of Yali Atakoy, it is possible to enjoy the sea view from the balcony and the terrace that are located in each unit.
