Yooistanbul

Yooistanbul gathers comfort, modernity, peace, design and technology all in a single project. Located in Besiktas, Yooistanbul is in the heart of Istanbul’s European side and offers its residents a life in the center of everything.

Built by Say Insaat Sanayi AS, Yooistanbul is one of the many international Yoo projects which carry the architectural features of the famous designer/architect Philippe Starck. On land of 22.000 sqm, 11 blocks of 5,5 floors are built to form 115 luxurious residential units. The residential units vary in their bedroom – living room proportions. The project offers the prospective residents many options of residential units. The wide range of apartment options is one of the most sought-after features of the project.

The creativity and dynamic nature of Yooistanbul’s design offer an opening garden, with a view of the famous Istanbul Bogazi. Penthouse, Small Penthouse and Town House are among the names of the residential types. At the center of the project, there is a large pond that connects each block.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sunbathing terrace, a recreational area, cabanas around the pool area, spa and VIP spa suites, and a barbecue and dinner section are some of the social facilities Yooistanbul offers residents.
