A+ Live Atasehir

Built by Maksem Grup, A+ Live Atasehir is a commercial project located in the Atasehir district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project includes 111 office units and 11 commercial units that are used for other purposes. The design of the project is very unique and shows a modern outlook. The exterior architecture of the single-block, high-rise structure seems very attractive when compared to other similar projects in the region. Atasehir holds a great portion of Istanbul’s commercial activity, and A+ Live is one of the greatest centers of commerce.

The project consists of a fitness center, cafeteria, restaurant, underground parking lot, CCTV monitoring and security staff available 24/7. The units have built-in white goods as well as central heating and heat cost allocators. Each unit is given its own storage area. The structural features of the residence are a water booster, power generator, elevator and storage tank. Apart from these, safety regulations are highly regarded in the project’s design; the construction techniques and safety measures such as the fire escape are combined according to the latest regulations.
