Incity

The Incity project is rising in Atasehir, the fast-developing and famous district of Istanbul. The project is designed to bring comfort to residents’ lives; everything is thought out to create a comfortable and chic atmosphere. The houses are designed in different sizes from 170 to 305 sqm, with options from 3+1 to 6+1. More than half of the project area is set aside to be used as green area and the landscape is arranged accordingly. The landscape is carefully designed to create an authentic atmosphere in the middle of Istanbul, with a Japanese garden, illuminated water tracks and so on. Besides, there are many facilities to fulfill the different wishes of the residents. Some of the sports facilities are basketball and tennis courts and a fitness hall, while for a more relaxing time it is also possible to choose from the options of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a sauna. There is a huge parking area giving 2 parking spaces for each flat. The Incity mall shopping center will meet any needs that the residents may think of. With all these and more, Incity is waiting for its new owners.
