Akros Istanbul

The Akros Istanbul residence is built in Esenyurt, right next to the D-100 highway of the Beylikduzu district, through the cooperation of Karsel Yapi and Ertok Yapi. As it is thought to be a luxurious lifestyle project, Akros Istanbul contains 3 blocks, two of which have 18 floors and one of which has 35 floors.

The project embodies the culture of exclusive high-rise residency. Consisting of 496 residential units and 33 commercial units, Akros Istanbul projects itself as the new address of a modern lifestyle accompanied by a commercial center. As for its architectural style and wide perspective, it is quite exceptional that nearly all of the Akros Istanbul residential units have a view of the lake and the Marmara Sea.
