Arma Menta

The company Okkalar Insaat builds the Arma Menta project in the Kartal district’s Soganlik neighborhood, located on Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project contains 158 residential units and it is built upon a 5.000 sqm land area. The availability of 2 types of residence in Arma Menta widens the range of prospective resident groups, with 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types. The area of the units ranges between 82 and 136 sqm per unit.

The project has an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground and recreational park, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a fitness center, a lobby/reception area, a cafeteria and restaurant, an underground car park, a sunbathing terrace, a 24/7 security guard and controlled entrance to the parking lot as well as the residential quarters. The units were expected to be ready in June 2019, with delivery to residents by the end of 2019.
