Built by Ozkartallar AS, the residential / commercial project Bumerang Kartal rises in Kartal district of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project incorporates 190 residential units accompanied by 14 commercial units. The entire single blocked structure is situated upon 9.650 sqm land area and the sqm per unit interval of the units ranges between 64 and 374 sqm. The structure consists of residences, home-offices and stores. The residences vary among one another according to their areas and the number of bedrooms varying between 1 and 3. The estimated delivery date of the units was set as December 2019.

Outdoor swimming pool, market, café, restaurant, SPA units of sauna and Turkish bath are some of the social facilities included within the project. Besides these features children’s playground, prayer room, 24/7 security guard with CCTV watch and controlled entrance to the underground parking lot and residential site are present in the structure. Within the units, the availability of central heating, heat cost allocators, elevator, smart building features and power generator makes lives of the residents more convenient and practical.
