Aydogan Park Tuzla

Located in Istanbul’s Tuzla district, which is situated in the eastern portion of the Anatolian side, the Aydogan Park Tuzla project aims to bring a new understanding of residence to the region. Since the Tuzla region had not yet attracted as many residential investments, these initial projects were expected to create increased demand in the area.

The project consists of 118 apartment units, which lie on a total land area of 15.000 sqm. The residential plan is highly conventionalized; the apartments are traditionally designed and the social facilities available in the project address a certain clientele. The Aydogan Park Tuzla project seems to attract families with children more than the young population. The availability of an outdoor swimming pool with a children’s swimming pool, a children’s park, green playgrounds, recreational spaces and other seemingly traditional opportunities makes families’ lives more convenient.

Besides these social units, the project also includes sports-related facilities such as a fitness center, courts for basketball and tennis, a multipurpose sports complex and a walking track. These opportunities show that the project aims to create a green, healthy, tranquil living environment for its prospective residents.
