Vivaterra

The Vivaterra project is located in Tuzla and is built by Demirliler Insaat. The residential project consists of 93 units within 3 blocks. 80 of these units overlook the sea and the lake nearby. Besides the residences, the project includes 16 commercial units. The project covers a 5.500 sqm land area and has 3 different types of residences, ranging from studio units to 3+1 residences. Demirliler Insaat’s project addresses many different groups of clients at once.

The outdoor swimming pool is one of the major features presented in the project. Besides the pool area, the project has a café, a sauna, a fitness center, a playground and a children’s park.
