Ayos-Sun Plaza

Ayos-Sun Plaza is a commercial project by Ayos Holding in the Esentepe neighborhood of Kartal, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is a 21-story office tower on the E-5 highway with 205 office and commercial units, 4 floors of covered parking and about 45,000 sqm of total floor area. Construction started in October 2023, and the developer plans to open the building in 2027.

The plan published for the upper floors shows 10 offices on a floor, with net areas of about 54 to 73 sqm and gross areas of about 92 to 121 sqm. The sample layouts combine a work area, a meeting room, a kitchenette and a WC. Shared facilities include a lobby and lounge, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a small cinema and charging points for electric cars. The building has reception staff around the clock, valet parking, controlled entry and smart building systems. The developer puts the metro 400 meters away, the Anatolian courthouse 2 km away and Sabiha Gokcen Airport 14 km away.
