Tria Kordonboyu

Tria Kordonboyu is a residential project by Eksioglu Tria Insaat in the Kordonboyu neighborhood of Kartal, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 318 apartments and 12 commercial units in six blocks, A to F, each with a ground floor and 9 upper floors, on a project area of 11,270 sqm. About 6,690 sqm of the site is set aside for landscaping and shared facilities. The plot lies on Tekel Caddesi beside the Marmaray line, and the developer puts Atalar station 40 meters away and the seaside 400 meters away.

Plans are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, with gross sizes from about 71 sqm for a 1+1 to about 225 sqm for a 4+1. Some apartments have their own gardens and others have large terraces, and the developer describes the design as inspired by the Aegean. Shared facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, an aquapark with water slides, a children's pool, a sun terrace, an adventure playground with climbing walls, an outdoor basketball court, an indoor gym, a cafe, a quiet garden, lawn activity areas and walking and cycling paths. The developer has not yet announced a construction schedule or completion date.
