Tria Green Life

Tria Green Life is a residential project by Eksioglu Tria Insaat in the Atalar neighborhood of Kartal, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is being built on the site of the old Murat Sitesi estate as an urban renewal project, with 240 apartments in five blocks, A to E, and 32,094 sqm of construction. The floor plans show each block with a ground floor and 14 upper floors. Work started in 2024, and in July 2026 the developer said construction was largely complete, with delivery planned for October 2026.

The plans cover 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartments, with gross sizes from about 76 sqm for the smallest 2+1 to about 176 sqm for the largest 3+1 and about 222 sqm for a 4+1. On the top floor there are 4+2 and 5+2 duplexes with a second level under the roof, measuring about 258 to 350 sqm including their terraces. The developer describes wide landscaped areas and shared social spaces around the blocks.
