Bazna Residence

Bazna Residence, built by Aydogdu and Akanlar Insaat, rises in the Cekmekoy district. The district, situated on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, is seen as one of the most natural and green places in the city. Its close proximity to centers of life such as Ozyegin and Yeditepe universities makes this residence a favored spot.

The complex consists of 96 residential units built upon a 2.700 sqm land area in total. There are two types of residences available in the project, with 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. The estimated sqm per unit area of the units ranges between 95 and 130. The delivery date of the units was set as October 2018.
