Tepe Aura

Located in Cekmekoy’s Omerli region, the residential complex Tepe Aura is built on a 16.000 sqm land area. One of Tepe Insaat’s most recent projects, Tepe Aura consists of 16 residential blocks, each of them with only 3 floors, and these add up to 98 units. The residential project is surrounded by landscape architecture and contains a high level of green living space, providing the prospective residents of this project with a great amount of fresh air and a tranquil, natural environment.

The Omerli region of Cekmekoy is not close to the city center, but it is connected via public transportation and highways such as the Alemdag – Sile Highway. The residential units were scheduled to be completed and delivered to their owners in July 2019.

Some other material opportunities that come with this newly constructed residence are an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, a sunbathing terrace, a children’s park, a sauna, a fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, a walking track, an underground car park and a view of the forest. Apart from these features, the units in the project include terrace areas and structural qualities like central heating. All of these features come together to form a residential project that would be highly preferred by future residents in the area.
