Benesta Acibadem

Built through the cooperation of A Yapi and Esta Insaat, the project Benesta Acibadem is located in the Uskudar district’s Acibadem region. Acibadem also houses various other residential and commercial projects; however, Benesta Acibadem defines the region in a different way. The floor gardens and landscape architecture scattered around the project enable a green way of living and present a relaxed residential environment in the middle of urban city life.

The structure includes 897 residential units accompanied by 11 commercial units within, which constitutes a vast space of residence. Hence, the land area used for the project is also massive, being 30.622 sqm, which is a big number for a project that is very central to Istanbul, located on the outskirts of the hills surrounding the Bosphorus. The residential complex offers 4 different types of units, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Some of the residential features presented in the launch are indoor and outdoor swimming pools for children and adults separately, children’s recreational parks, playgrounds, a fitness center, a SPA center which holds a sauna and Turkish bath, an underground parking lot, 24/7 security service, CCTV cameras, central heating, an ensuite bathroom and heat cost allocators within the units and an elevator.
