Litus Istanbul

Litus Istanbul is a residential project by Is GYO, developed together with Tecim, in the Burhaniye neighborhood of Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul, and it is marketed under the name of nearby Altunizade. It was completed in 2024 on a 16,147 sqm plot and has 7 low-rise blocks: 6 residential blocks with 98 apartments, and a commercial block with 13 offices and 4 shops. The Millet Parki lies across the road from the site.

The apartments range from 2+1 to 5+2, with gross areas from about 130 sqm for a 2+1 to about 410 sqm for the largest duplex. Flats on the ground and lower ground floors have private gardens with terraces, and the top floor homes are duplexes that include the roof floor. Residents share an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a basketball court and a pet run, and parking is in a covered garage. Each home has its own VRF air conditioning and underfloor heating, and the site has generators, cameras around the clock and card-controlled entrances.
