AKK Bulgurlu

AKK Bulgurlu is a residential project by AKK Yapi, the construction company of the Kopuz group, in the Bulgurlu neighborhood of Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 144 homes and 24 shops in 5 blocks, named A1, A2, B, C and D. The shops are on the street front, and the developer's renders show a landscaped courtyard between the blocks. The developer lists the project among its ongoing works and has not published a completion date.

Most of the homes are 3+1 apartments, with gross sizes of about 119 to 133 sqm in the developer's plans. Block B also has 4+1 flats of about 146 to 147 sqm and 2+1 flats of about 99 sqm. Every plan has a balcony, an entrance hall, a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom. The developer has not published a list of shared facilities.
