Bizim Evler 11

Bizim Evler 11 is a residential project by Ihlas Yapi in Ispartakule, in the Tahtakale neighborhood of Avcilar on the European side of Istanbul. It has 582 apartments and 55 commercial units on 52,000 sqm of land, with 174,441 sqm of construction. The developer gives the completion date as December 2025 and offers the apartments for immediate delivery.

Plans are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, and some apartments look over Lake Kucukcekmece. The site has an indoor swimming pool with separate sessions for men and women, a gym, a sauna, a tennis court, football, basketball and volleyball courts, a cycling track, walking and running paths and children's play areas, with shops, markets and cafes at street level. Ihlas places the project three minutes from the Ispartakule toll gates of the TEM motorway.
