Bizim Evler 12

Bizim Evler 12 is the newest stage of the Bizim Evler series by Ihlas Yapi in Ispartakule, Avcilar, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 473 apartments and 25 commercial units on about 43,000 sqm of land. Construction is under way and the developer gives the completion year as 2028.

Plans are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, with wide balconies and underfloor heating, and some apartments face the lake. The site plan includes an indoor swimming pool with separate sessions for men and women, a gym, a sauna, a tennis court, football, basketball and volleyball courts, a cycling track, walking paths and children's play areas, as well as shops and cafes. Each apartment has its own parking space.
