Lotus Gol Evleri is a residential project by Lotus Yapi Proje in the Firuzkoy neighborhood of Avcilar, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 157 apartments and 8 shops in 3 blocks on a 6,868 sqm plot, and 67% of the land is laid out as landscaped garden. The developer markets the homes for their view of Lake Kucukcekmece. Construction began in June 2024.

The homes are 2+1 and 3+1 apartments. Gross sizes run from about 90 to 125 sqm for a 2+1 and from about 135 to 164 sqm for a 3+1; the ground-floor flats have their own terraces, and the largest 3+1 plans add a dressing room. Shared facilities include a gym and children's play areas. The developer places Istanbul University, the Pelican Mall and Torium shopping centers, hospitals and schools within walking distance.
