Brooklyn Life

Brooklyn Life is a residential project based in Fikirtepe. The project has been built only for residential purposes, including 431 residential units within an 8.000 sqm land area. A similar project by the same company, Pana Yapi, is also available in the region, which has 870 residential and 31 commercial units and encompasses an 18,721 sqm land area in total. The name Brooklyn embodies the structure of multiple high-rise buildings, a culture specific to metropolises such as New York City in the US.

There are 3 different residential options available in Brooklyn Life. These are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartment units. The area per unit of the apartments varies between 60 and 150 sqm. The delivery date of the units was set as June 2018. The project includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools for children and adults, a cafeteria, a walking track, an underground parking lot, a storage tank, a water booster, a power generator, an elevator, security guards and CCTV watch as well as a controlled entrance to the residential complex.
