Zer Goztepe was announced in 2017 for the Fikirtepe district by the partnership of Ilbank – Kiptas – Ceylan Insaat. It was planned with 675 flats on a 15.000 sqm land area, with a total construction area of 105.000 sqm. The flats were to vary widely in size and layout, from 1+0 to 5+1 options with sizes ranging from 60 sqm to 250 sqm, for everybody from single people to big families with many children. The plans included an indoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds, landscaped grounds for outdoor walks, and a lobby and a reception for the residents.
