Cekmekoy Life

The Cekmekoy Life project is located in the greenest district of Istanbul, Cekmekoy. The project consists of 132 residential units laid out on a 4.600 sqm land area in total. There are 3 types of residences that are offered for the residents to choose from. These are the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. Temel Insaat’s project was scheduled to be available starting from April 2018.

Some of the residential features related to sports and entertainment are as follows: an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a fitness center and a spa center. The project also values the well-being of children and has incorporated a children’s recreational park, gazebos and playgrounds around the compound. Also, the security of the residents is valued highly within this project. The Cekmekoy Life project includes 24/7 security personnel with CCTV monitoring and a controlled entrance for pedestrians as well as vehicles. The parking lot of the project is located underground for both security and architectural purposes. The structure also has an elevator for the well-being of the clients.
