Nef Cekmekoy Camlitepe

Nef Cekmekoy Camlitepe is the initial phase of the Nef Cekmekoy residences. The project is spread over a 180.000 sqm land area in the Cekmekoy district on the Anatolian side. The green environment and natural vibe around the project site definitely bring relaxation and a tranquil state of mind to the residents. The project targets not only residential clients but also those who look for commercial units. The project incorporates 497 residential units accompanied by the commercial units. The entire Nef Cekmekoy project includes 1.500 residential units, which constitute a new city-within-a-city structure in the region.

From 1+1 types to 4+1, the residential units come in various types and sizes. The shared qualities of these units are built-in white goods, central heating, a balcony option and heat cost allocators. Each unit is exposed to sunlight at the optimal level, and no dark room is present in this project.

Also, an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play areas, a sauna, a fitness center and walking track, an underground car park, 24/7 security staff and controlled entrance are some of the qualities that emphasize the brand, Nef. Being close to Ozyegin University, Alman Lisesi School, Istanbul Airport and the Marmaray connection, the residential project also has an advantageous location.
