Core Living

Core Living is a recent residential project by Asoy Insaat. Located on a 16.000 square-meter land area, the project consists of two blocks. Overall there are 465 units in the project, with different unit types such as 1+1, 2+1 and 4+1, which vary from 64 to 256 square meters in area. It was planned as a secure, modern and socially rich project.

Located right next to Altinbas University Mahmutbey Campus, the project might be seen as highly central. There is a very rich social life in Gunesli with numerous schools, stores, restaurants and so on and so forth. One of the biggest shopping malls in Istanbul, Mall of Istanbul, is located only 5 minutes away from the project. By road, Istanbul Airport is about 36 km away. At the same time, thanks to its proximity to not only the TEM and E80 highways, but also various public transportation, most importantly Mahmutbey Metro Station, the project is also easily reachable from different parts of Istanbul.
