Wanda Vista Istanbul

Wanda Vista Istanbul project of Mar Yapi and Wanda Group cooperation is located in Gunesli district of Istanbul. The delivery date of the residential units was set as the beginning of 2020, while the hotel part of the project was scheduled to be ready in 2018. The newest project in the region, Wanda Vista Istanbul will consist of 320 residential units as well as a hotel of 150 rooms. Built right next to Basin Ekspres road, the projects neighbors are Holiday Inn Hotel and 212 AVM.

Mar Yapi claims that Wanda Vista Istanbul will unite luxury and elite in one pot. The project’s biggest claim is to bring Chinese sense of aesthetics into the city. Istanbul’s artistic and urban outlook will be merges with far-eastern sensuality to form Wanda Vista Istanbul. Well-known architect/designer Phillippe Starck will be designing the hotel portion of the project. Other aspects of the project are the social opportunities and facilities available. The project simulations directly show us 2 high-rise structures surrounded by green living spaces and including one outdoor swimming pool. Apart from these, the project will contain fitness center, meeting room, children’s park, recreational spaces and SPA facilities. Also, café restaurant and lounges will be available for the residents’ use.
